Watchtower is a free job monitoring service for AI agents. Users describe what they are looking for once (role, location, salary, experience, seniority, remote); Watchtower creates a persistent watch, checks tech company and startup job boards on a schedule, remembers which jobs were open, and returns only new, removed, or updated postings as structured JSON via get_changes or signed webhooks. It reads boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Workday, iCIMS, Oracle Recruiting, Eightfold, SuccessFactors, Apple, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft through their public endpoints, plus any careers page with schema.org JobPosting JSON-LD. Accessible via an MCP server (Streamable HTTP) and a REST API, anonymously with no account; up to 50 watches per client, checks at most every 5 minutes. MIT licensed on GitHub.
