EU VAT number validation and VAT rates REST API

Vatlayer is a real-time REST API for EU VAT compliance. It validates EU VAT numbers and returns the associated company name and registered address, provides standard and reduced VAT rates for EU member states (selectable by country code or IP address), and performs VAT-compliant price calculations. Data is sourced through a fallback-and-validation system that includes the European Commission's databases. Responses are JSON with JSONP callbacks, CORS headers, and an optional prettyprint format. Part of the APILayer API suite.
