USDi is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum mainnet issued by USDi Partners LLC. Its value is derived from a daily Reference CPI computed by interpolating between Not-Seasonally-Adjusted CPI values from three and two months prior, compared against a March 1, 2025 base of 315.605. Minted proceeds are invested in the USDi Coin Fund, a portfolio managed by Enduring Investments holding U.S. Treasuries, inflation-linked bonds, FX, commodities futures/options, and cash. Retail minting/redemption is via USDC at usdicoin.com/coin; USDi/USDC trades on Uniswap V3. Institutional transactions over $1M are handled by USDi Partners after KYC/AML. The fund is administered by Trident Fund Services and audited annually by Cherry Bekaert LLC. An MCP server exposes the live exchange rate and contract details for AI agents.
