A cloud-hosted MCP server from TrainZilla that gives MCP-compatible AI clients (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor) access to a coach's TrainZilla account data. Supports 100+ tools covering client profiles, workout and diet plans, habits, check-ins, sessions, messaging, and calculators (BMR, TDEE, macros, 1-rep max). Every write operation shows a preview and requires coach confirmation; deletes, payments, and messaging are not exposed to the AI. Access is via a scoped API key generated in the TrainZilla Coach App and can be revoked anytime. Open source on GitHub (Trainzilla/tzilla-mcp) and listed in MCP registries including mcp.so and the Anthropic MCP Registry.
