Sending is a multichannel messaging orchestrator exposing a REST API and an MCP endpoint that lets AI agents send email (via Amazon SES), WhatsApp and Telegram, and build graph-based automations under server-side guardrails such as OAuth 2.1 scopes, suppression lists, idempotency keys, volume caps and audit logs. It also offers Agent Email, dedicated inboxes for AI agents with threading, signed webhooks and allow/block rules.
