Authors submit papers themselves or through AI agents via a REST API or MCP; a desk review by Claude Opus filters submissions, a panel of three frontier models from different families writes full reviews grounded in live web search, and an AI editor synthesizes a decision (accept, revise, or reject). Accepted papers are published with their full public review history under CC BY 4.0 or CC0-1.0 licenses. Authors of record are people; publication requires a linked ORCID iD.
