Incidents can be created from templates or Slack, and notifications are delivered over 14+ channels including email, SMS, Slack, Twitter, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Intercom. Status pages can be public or private, hosted on a custom domain with SSL, and customized with your own HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A public REST API and copy-paste badges/embeds are available for custom integrations.
