Phoenix Labs exposes its Cloud Restore (old video restoration) and Phoenix Motion (image-to-five-second-clip) services to AI assistants and scripts via a Streamable HTTP MCP server and a REST API with an OpenAPI description. Assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor connect with MCP OAuth or agent keys (pak_...) with server-enforced spending limits. Payment is from a prepaid US dollar balance topped up by card or USDC on Base via x402. Tools include get_prices, quote_restore, create_restore, start_restore, get_restore, make_clip, start_clip, get_clip, list_clips, cancel_job, get_balance, create_top_up_link and top_up_with_usdc. Failed or refused jobs are refunded automatically.
