Pharos is a transactional email gateway for sending receipts, password resets, alerts and notifications. Messages can be sent over a REST API (POST /v1/send) or an SMTP relay (smtp.pharosinfra.net, port 587 with STARTTLS), sharing one pipeline. Deliverability features include DKIM signing, SPF and strict DMARC alignment enforced at send time, forward-confirmed reverse DNS re-scanned daily, blocklist monitoring, sending IPs dedicated to Pharos, signed webhooks, a full event log with receiving server responses, versioned templates, automatic suppression of bounces and complaints, and scoped API keys. No SDK is required; examples are plain HTTP or SMTP. Integrations documented for n8n, Make, Zapier, Retool, LangChain, cron, Ghost, Gitea and Vaultwarden.
