Omnara is an open-source managed agent platform (Apache 2.0) that runs durable AI agents via a REST API, TypeScript SDK, and CLI. Agents are API objects with persistent state stored in a durable event log, supporting any model behind a compatible endpoint (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, LiteLLM, self-hosted), execution on any machine (Omnara-managed sandboxes, Blaxel, Daytona, Unikraft Cloud, or the Omnara daemon on your own VMs/laptops), tool permissions with human approvals, encrypted scoped secrets, role-based access, audit trails, and MCP server integrations plus first-party Slack, Discord, and GitHub integrations. Use Omnara Cloud or self-host in your own VPC.
