Mailbox MCP is a hosted remote Model Context Protocol server that connects a mailbox the customer already owns (Gmail via app password, Microsoft 365 via Microsoft Graph OAuth, or any IMAP/SMTP host) to AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client. The AI can read, search, reply, send, forward and file email, read inside attachments (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, scanned pages), attach files from the mailbox, a web address, a one-off upload link or the assistant itself (up to 20 MB per message), and manage folders, flags and bulk moves. Replies carry In-Reply-To/References headers, drafts are APPENDed to Drafts, reading never marks messages read, and deletes move to Trash. With a connected calendar (Microsoft 365, Google, or CalDAV) it can read availability, book, reschedule and answer invitations; with a connected address book it can find and edit contacts. Scheduled email routines (morning brief, drafted replies, waiting-on lists) run in the user's own AI client. Operated by BSolve IT Limited (England and Wales, company 04607330).
