KwesForms is a form endpoint service for developers. You write your own HTML forms and point them to a KwesForms endpoint URL to collect submissions, send notification and confirmation emails, and get spam filtering. An optional JavaScript script (via CDN or npm package) adds frontend validation with 49 rules, special field types (datepickers, credit-card fields, calculated fields, repeater fields, multistep forms), and conditional hide/show logic. Other features include webhooks, a Zapier integration, a JSON API, CSV export, file uploads (1GB–50GB+ depending on plan), local testing, form sharing with team members or clients, and HIPAA compliance via a signed BAA. Pricing includes a free plan (1 form, 100 submissions/month) and paid plans from $19 to $249 per month.
