Jid provides a remote MCP server and REST API that lets AI agents verify a business before transacting with it. Given a business and an activity, it returns a decision (proceed, review, stop, or insufficient_data) with cited registry facts and an Ed25519-signed receipt. Tools include search_business, verify_business, get_receipt, get_business_file, screen, check_email, and qualify_counterparty. It also offers business file monitoring, lead/counterparty qualification, and email header checks.
