Jam AI generates suggested titles, summaries, and repro steps. Recordings can be routed to issue trackers (Jira, Linear, GitHub, GitLab, Asana, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Notion), Slack, support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, ServiceNow, Fin/Intercom), and AI agents via MCP. Recording Links let customers submit recordings without installing anything.
