Provides retries with exponential backoff (up to 3 days), delivery logging and debugging, SSRF protection, multiple target URLs, streams for segmenting deliveries, report URLs for delivery attempt notifications, and a REST API with bearer token authentication. Built on DynamoDB, SQS, and Lambda.
