The voice layer for coding agents

Heard is a macOS app that turns coding agent activity (progress, blockers, decisions, test results) from Claude Code, Codex, and other command line agents into short spoken updates, and lets you reply by voice. The open source Apache 2.0 engine can run locally with Kokoro voices or your own provider keys; the managed app adds hosted narration, spoken recaps, voice dictation, and an iPhone companion app.
