Forminit (formerly Getform.io, rebranded January 2026) is a headless form backend API. Developers build their own form UI in any stack and POST submissions to Forminit's endpoint; the service handles server-side validation, storage, file uploads (up to 25 MB per submission), spam protection, email notifications, autoresponders, webhooks, Slack/Discord/Google Sheets/Zapier integrations, form analytics, and a REST API. Includes a TypeScript SDK (npm install forminit), Python SDK, and visual Workflow automation for routing submissions.
