Fast GST Refund provides an MCP server (https://fastgstrefund.com/mcp, Streamable HTTP, no account needed) with tools that validate and generate the Statement 3 and Annexure B JSON files required for an RFD-01 export refund application, replacing the official GST Excel offline utilities. Free guidance tools include refund checklists, guide search and reading, upload error explanations, and receipt-allocation checks. Validation is free; downloading both files costs INR 499 plus GST once per GSTIN and refund period, corrections included. Files are delivered via a browser JSON generator (sign-in by emailed code) or, for paid claims, through MCP after OAuth 2.1 account connection. Also offers a public checklist REST API, a Codex plugin, and a free preparation pack. It does not file applications or decide tax eligibility, and is independent of GSTN and the Indian government.
