erphome.pl is a booking engine for owners of 1–5 apartments. It provides a hosted booking page with online payments (Przelewy24, BLIK, PayU, Stripe), iCal calendar synchronization with Booking.com and Airbnb, Telegram and email notifications, guest reviews, and statistics. It exposes a REST API (base URL https://api.erphome.pl/v1) with scoped bearer tokens for reading reservations, availability, pricing, reviews, and statistics, and for creating manual bookings, sending guest messages, and generating payment links. Responses are JSON, the specification is OpenAPI 3.1, and rate limits are 300 GET and 60 POST requests per 10 minutes per token. An MCP server at api.erphome.pl/v1/mcp offers read-only access to the same data from Claude, ChatGPT, and other compatible assistants. The API is included in the subscription with no per-call fee.
