Cirun runs GitHub Actions jobs on self-hosted runners provisioned on the user's own cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, DigitalOcean, OpenStack, and on-premises machines. Runners are created on demand and terminated after job completion, so compute costs are billed by the cloud provider rather than per CI minute. It supports GPU, ARM64, macOS, Windows, custom machine images, and preemptible/spot instances, and is configured via a YAML file with a one-line change to workflow runs-on labels.
