CareJobs.Now Data provides download-ready datasets on the US care job market: open care jobs by job type and employer, posted hourly rates by job type, and figures from 79 research reports. Files are rebuilt nightly from a read of 2,106 employers' careers sites and delivered by email. The openings and pay files are also available as a free, key-less JSON API (/roles.json, /pay.json) with CORS open to all origins, described in an OpenAPI 3.1 file. A remote MCP server at https://carejobs.now/api/mcp lets AI assistants search jobs, check pay, and look up employers and states. Data is licensed CC BY 4.0, with dated snapshots on Zenodo (doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23395727). Paid offerings include weekly per-state hiring lists for staffing agencies ($149/month per state, $499/month for all states) and a daily feed of every opening from $1,500/month.
