JSON API and MCP servers for UK heat pump and solar calculators based on MCS standards

Ampworth provides calculators for heat pump sizing, solar PV output, shading, self-consumption, hot water cylinders, heat pump noise, radiator flow temperature, running costs, and grid connection routes for UK homes, all implementing published MCS standards (MIS 3002, MIS 3005-D, MGD 003/005/007, MCS 007/020, EREC G98/G99). Every calculator and document is available via an open, unauthenticated JSON API (with OpenAPI 3.1 description) and via three stateless MCP servers over streamable HTTP (one combined, one for calculators, one for documents). Also includes a CLI (ampworth) that runs the calculators, reads documents, and runs as a local MCP server over stdio, plus WebMCP tool registration in the browser. UK-only data.
