AI Commander
Remote shell and detached long-running jobs for AI agents via MCP and REST
Visit aicommander.dev →DocsPricing
AI Commander lets AI clients (Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok) run shell commands and long-running jobs on machines the user owns. It consists of a hosted relay at aicommander.dev that exposes an MCP endpoint and a REST API, plus a host agent installed on each target machine (macOS, Windows, Linux x86_64/arm64) that maintains an outbound WebSocket to the relay, requiring no inbound ports, exposed SSH, or VPN. Machines are addressed by session codes. Features include remote command execution (1-hour hard kill, 1 MiB output cap), detached jobs that outlive the chat and agent process, NVIDIA GPU discovery and per-job GPU reservation, desktop screenshots (owner opt-in), machine notes, and file transfer up to 100 MiB (Pro). Free tier covers up to 10 saved machines; Pro is $49/month for up to 100 machines plus file transfer, billed monthly via Stripe.
